Command Reference

Moderation decision baseline:

1. Warn for first non-severe offense.
2. Timeout for repeated disruption.
3. Kick for immediate disruption that may return compliant.
4. Ban for severe abuse/raids/evasion.
5. Add notes when future staff need context.

Response mode guidance:

• Modmail channel messages are internal-only staff discussion.
• Use /modmail reply when staff identity should be visible.
• Use /modmail anon for sensitive staff interactions.
• Use /modmail subscribe to receive pings when the user sends new messages.
• Always include a close reason for transcript quality.
